No. The initial term is three months, which is about how long consistent organic social takes to start paying for itself. After that you are month to month, and either of us can end the engagement with 30 days' notice. The terms are in writing before any invoice goes out.

You are invoiced monthly, in advance: you pay for the month ahead, and we work. There is no setup fee, no overage if a shoot day runs long, and no travel surcharge anywhere in our service area. The price on the packages page is the price.

Yes. Need a month off for a vacation? Run a seasonal business and want to sit out the slow months? No problem. Let us know 30 days ahead and we pause, then start up again when your season picks back up. A pause is not a cancellation, and your strategy does not reset.

Yes. You can move up or down a tier, and the change takes effect at your monthly renewal. Downgrades and cancellation open up after the initial three-month term, with the same 30 days' notice. Nothing about the switch interrupts your posting calendar.

Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube. Essential and Growth manage two platforms; on Growth that means posts every other day on Instagram and Facebook. VIRAL manages all four and posts every day. Stories run on top of the feed posts on every tier, from two days a week on Essential to unlimited on VIRAL.

Yes. The Social Media Consultation is $997, one time: a full audit of your current socials, a 90-day strategy built with you, one-on-one training so your team can run it, a written playbook you keep, and a 30-day check-in to keep the plan on track. It is the right fit when you have the hands to post and want the system behind them.

Paid ads are in scope whenever you want them. You pay the platform directly, from your own ad account, and we add no markup and take no percentage of your spend. That is not the industry norm, and it is worth asking any agency you are comparing.

The audit and strategy come first, then your first shoot day, then the first batch of edits. Your first posts go live about one week after signing. From there it runs on a schedule: filming on your tier's cadence, posting on the calendar, and a monthly report on what performed and what changes next.

About eight finished videos, plus the photos we shoot for carousels and stories. That holds on every tier, because the cadence scales with the volume: Essential films every other month for one video a week, Growth films monthly for two a week, VIRAL films twice a month for four a week. One visit becomes weeks of content.

Two to three days as a rule, same day when something has to move fast. The buffer is deliberate: it leaves room for revisions and lets us time posts to what your analytics say, instead of publishing the moment an export finishes.
